At KKNEKKI, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your items, you can return them within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange, provided they are in their original packaging and unused condition.

Return Process

  Log in to our online portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return and receive a return authorization.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your KKNEKKI products in their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit and include the printed return slip inside.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized shipping location or post office.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
